A Muay Thai workout that you can do every day or when you’re on vacation!
Today I propose it is a typical Muay Thai workout done in Thai camps and that you can do on weekends or when you are on vacation.
With a training partner and a minimum of equipment you can run it quietly even without going to the gym and take advantage of the summer stop (if your gym is closed) to train effectively even in this period.
Muay Thai training program that you can do every day or when you are on vacation:
- Running: 5 km
- 10 minutes no STOP rope!
- 5 minutes of tyre jumps
- 3 shooting of PAO hitters with Thai coach
- 2 x 50 middle kick bag (in speed)
- 50 middle kicks sacked by (power)
- 2 x 50 front kicks
- 2 x 50 packed knees
- 3 free bag shots
- 20 minutes clinch
- Sparring (5 3-minute rounds)
- 3 x 50 abs
- 3 x 20 push-ups
- Stretching and swimming in the pool/sea
Ps. For me you can do it every day 🙂
Now it’s a complete workout and it requires a certain effort but you’re on vacation and you don’t miss the time, if you’re alone that you don’t have a training partner you make the void, it’s clear that it’s not like sparring or pao that you can also have them keep by a friend or girlfriend but slowly you leave that if it’s not capable you have to understand how it works.
Anyway a good workout, while when it comes to the clinch do not bag or explains something to a friend/girlfriend (warms the neck well first and do a technical job if your friend or girlfriend is not capable).
Don’t you have a bag? mmm ok organized.
The point of this workout is try to do it once and see how you feel, I’m sure it’s a different form of training than what you usually do in your gym.
