The individual techniques of struggle are many and are carried out from different positions.

The Master Cycle used by the Gracie is a typical example of didactic learning methods that has made them famous in the world thanks to the splendid results of the athletes who left their school.

Chaining techniques, transitions and execution from different positions are a fundamental work, but knowledge of the various techniques is the beginning a starting point.
