Are you short of time? Do this SMART workout
This is training that you have to do with a training partner when you have little time.
A short but intense workout, a SMART workout but that at the end of the session you will feel Super!
15 3-minute round, a minute break and lots of intensity,with several sparringsessions.
Are you short?.
Do “only” this after you will feel good!
- 3 Round of String
- 3 Body Hitting Round
- 3 Boxing round or Muay Thai
- 3 Round of MMA
- 3 Round by Brazilian Jiu JItsu Gi or No Gi
60 minutes intense and now go Fight!. Fight!! FIGHT!!!
Ps. If you still don’t have the physical condition to support a workout like this, make shorter rounds, for example 2 minutes.
Possibly eliminates the body hitting part.
It’s an intense workout!
