What is the Fighting Tips project
Fighting Tips™ is the first training system for martial arts step by step born in Italy and Latin America with the collaboration of some enthusiasts and professionals in different fields of the world of Personal Defense and Combat Sports but not only.

Fighting Tips is a free informational site focused on helping self-defense and combat sports students improve their existing skills, improve their fitness, enjoy a potentially healthier lifestyle, explore new techniques, styles, and methods of combat, and learn about different fighting arts.
Fighting Tips provides visitors with free written instructions and videos of training methods, attack and defense techniques, standing and ground fighting techniques, fitness exercises, combat psychology and much more.
This blog also tries to provide information about all major fighting styles or systems such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Grappling, Boxing, Muay Thai,MMA, Dirty Boxing, Kali Filippino and FMA,Silat, Stick Fighting, Short Knife Fencing and Firearms.
We also deal with insights with collaborations with styles of the main traditional martial arts such as Karatè, Kung Fu, Aikido and popular defense systems such as Krav Maga or systems less known as the Cuban Mambi, Keysi,the Bartitsu of Sherlock Holmes, or other less well-known local systems but famous for their effectiveness.
All this is possible thanks to collaborations with enthusiasts and security professionals, our students and your contribution as a reader hoping that this work will be useful to your personal journey in a continuous comparison.
Continuous research in the study and development of constantly updated teaching to provide high-level training without prejudice to provide a three-dimensional view of sports combat or in self-defense.
We are athletes, coaches, professionals who, like some of you, every day are in the gym to devote themselves with passion but not only to show how much we are worth with grueling workouts, competitions.
After more than 20 years of experience we have understood one fundamental thing: it is essential to have a step-by-steptraining system.
A specific program that guides you both from a technical point of view and to the construction of qualities fundamental to the correct execution and real application of the techniques.
Specific workouts to build or reconstruct your body’s movements, proper bitech mechanics and mobility to be able to build your martial art and make it effective and functional in a condition of non-cooperation, whether it’s sports or real street fighting.
This is why we have developed Fighting Tips™, the first specific training system for martial arts that provides a step-by-step training program with a personalized focus to give you the solution tailored to you.
This blog will not teach you secret techniques, magic games, but methods and techniques to build an effective and functional custom arsenal on yourself.
The goal of the Fighting Tips blog
I hope this reading can help you on your path as a fighter in your art, sport or system.
I do not pretend to have the truth or to be a guru but a simple enthusiast of this intense and mysterious human expression and that makes available his personal experience and team to build together a walk that helps both to know and spread the arts without limits and prejudices.
I ask you courtesy if you appreciate my effort to spread the fighting arts and look for it to give me feedback.
Attention I am a professional, I have the awareness of my personal effort in this world and my abilities but I have also learned that martial art is a way of life, a learning that never ends.
As the great Dan Inosanto showed us, but not only him, who never felt arrived but continued to study and research in martial arts.
Dan Inosanto but like him many others have always continued to study whatever martial art, sports, system, etc. was of interest and useful in research!
That for me is the demonstration between who he really is and who says he is a master or a guru.
Like all forms of art, it has no end and no limits.

What’s going on! Andrea “Fighting Tips Ceo” are here.
It’s strange to me that it’s only been a little over 5 years since the blog and the Fighting Tips project started.
At first it was just a way for me to share my journey into the world of martial arts and combat sports with my family and friends.
A passion told, but since then, however, it has become the n.1 online reference blog in Europe but not only and the n.1 training resource for many of you, for all levels, indeed for the top level managing to reach the attention of big names in the panorama of self-defense and combat sports and this for me is a great honor and a great responsibility.
My mission is not only to provide you with the tools and training methods but to go further and also giveyou resources and inspiration to realize your dreams in your art.
I also want to cultivate this beautiful passion for sport and martial arts so that it can change the lives of others just as mine has changed.
Martial arts is much more than a sport, it is a lifestyle and an evolution of the person who goes to work in the “deepest and original” part of oneself.
If you are addicted and obsessed (I call it dedication) to art as I am, follow my journey as you create your own!
Today I am no longer alone but there is a team that works to help me carry on this project!
