The human art and the culture of movement.

You don’t need the words. the moving body experiences with all its strength the ability of human expression to perform actions beyond the imaginable, from Sport,to Dance, To Yoga,

to Martial Arts.

The culture of movement represents a contemporary paradigmatic change in physicality, moving away from the main leaders of movement and physical fitness, as well as the separation of health, aesthetics, performance and art.

First, create an interdisciplinary dialogue and exchange of information between the various types of movements in the various disciplines.

Information isolated in specific sports or athletic practices if isolated can be extremely useful for other types of disciplines that are related to movement, but in the past this information was not shared.

The intention is to provide tools and support the development of analyzed and specialized movements – professionals of both isolated and broader spectrum movement practices.

One proponent of this movement is Ido Portal who has done a very interesting job on the movement by collaborating withUFC athletes such as Conor Mc Gregor.
