Martial art is a body education, but the education of your body trains your mind.

Martial arts practice has an incredible effect on all aspects of your life, it won’t just teach you how to fight and then defend yourself.

Of course you need to know how to find and choose a real teacher or instructor who knows how to convey the correct approach even according to your personality and shape and pull out your best features.

Practicing martial arts your muscle tone, your agility, your balance and endurance will change and the sensations you will have will amaze you, you will learn to “listen to your body”.
Your mind will be stronger because what surrounds it is strong.

Through the study and practice of martial arts you learn the awareness of yourself physical and mental.

You will go beyond yourself pushing yourself into abilities that you do not think you have and you will also learn your limits making you always capable in every situation because mindfulness makes you make the right choice.

Martial art is an education of the body, but the education of the body trains the mind.

Clearly you know that the age of the person affects in the practice of this activity but you do not have to think about this that you are very young or already with an age because everyone can do martial arts clearly with different goals and stages of life but you do not have to give up, it is not what I want.

Everyone can learn if you listen to me, otherwise content to hear the advice of those who, out of fear or their personal reasons, fail or renounce, learn from those who are capable.

It doesn’t count:

  • Sex
  • age ( 10/20/ 30/ 40/ 50/ 60 / etc.)
  • constitution (fat, lean, etc.)
  • Habits
  • previous pathology,
  • lifestyle,
  • the work you do (manager, worker, etc.)
  • the time
  • Etcetera.

The only thing that needs to be clear that the approach will be different and the path different but it doesn’t have to stop you from starting or shooting something you’ve interrupted.

Don’t listen to others talking but try to listen to me and that’s it for once.

You get used progressively to overcoming fatigue, indeed it will make you enjoy feeling that you are struggling and you will bring your skills to the maximum in age and state that you are:

  • power,
  • muscles,
  • stamina,
  • vivacity of reflections,
  • Force
  • Balance
  • Elasticity
  • Flexibility

You can fix and improve limitations you’ve accumulated over the years such as:

  • bad motor coordination,
  • habit of postponing and not doing
  • yielding in the face of vices
  • lack of perseverance,
  • concentration
  • et cetera.

As for your character, martial arts allow you to get rid of a series of inhibitions, such as the sense of inferiority, shyness, facilitate your adaptation in a different environment from the family, you will feel comfortable everywhere and in the most diverse contexts, work, sentimental, friendship.

That’s why you have to practice martial arts!

When you start doing martial arts the approach to this type of sport does not oblige you but leads you to some limitations towards some harmful habits such as:

  • Sitting on a couch doing nothing
  • Eat too much more than you need
  • Tobacco
  • Alcohol,
  • Unregulated life,
  • Etcetera.

Why this, because otherwise your gym performance will be lower and you will give an advantage to your training buddies and opponents, you want this?.

He didn’t really think so your attitude will change.

The creation of these new habits will lead you to lead a more regular and less “distracted” life more attentive to yourself that will make you a stronger person even in life, people will also look at you for your ability to control the bad habits to which everyone gives in and are led to practice, but you do not have to do it yourself.

Psychologically you will feel confident and have more confidence in your abilities; This physical and mental integrity results in a balance in the face of the stressful situations of everyday life but I warn you that you will have ups and downs and you will always need to put yourself to the test to feel that you are YOU.

In time it will no longer serve the balance will be even stronger and you will no longer look outside but inside you but this is a more spiritual aspect and I want to teach you to become an Expert Fighting Tips.

Through martial arts even growing up with age even with objective limitations you will always keep with :

  • Muscle tone,
  • Agility
  • Sense of balance and
  • Resistance.

Your appearance will remain that of a strong and healthy person, in indeed very fit for your age.

Martial art must be part of your life, in fact it is your lifestyle, an aspect of your day to which you have to devote time and learning you can pass this on to your wife, your girlfriend, your brother, your children, your friends, your goal is to make yourself better and help others find out what you know today.

Don’t be selfish, the more you give to others in martial arts and the more you receive.

Friendship and training with others and beauty in martial arts is also the different age, they are a benefit that goes beyond the physical and psychological aspect but you will build important bonds for your life, but you have to give, if you are selfish and give little you will receive less.

Learn the techniques and become an expert fighting but what you will have will not only be that ability but a bigger gift.

That’s why you have to do martial arts!
