Blue Whale These days in Italy we are talking about this macabre game called Blue Whale which means Blue Whale.

Blue Whale, is the suicide game that most likely does not exist, an old story that returns to the news in Italy following the service made on TV by Le Iene.

But more than a story from “bad Internet” it seems a “fake news” bounced and bounced it seems from the Russian government of Vladimir Putin.

In addition to having more details about this macabre ritual, the public began to look for what are the 50 rules of the “game” but we don’t care about this game because we have the Martial Blue Whale where no one wants you to commit suicide but at most give up completing these 50 days of pure morning slaughter.

This game serves to make you do workouts in the morning for 50 days and carry on your athletic training with a double daily workout, the blue whale and your martial art in the evening.

This approach after 21 days will make you change your habits and you will see your way of feeding and training with a new perspective.

Will you feel like you can’t make it?. Probably yes but it serves precisely this, to go beyond what are your beliefs and your will.

Ps. I often used 5.20 as an alarm clock but it depends on the time you go to work.

Here are the rules of the “game” Blue Whale martial, 50 day non-stop, you have to start on Monday:

Start!!

1- Take a nude-breasted photo and shorts with“your weight in kg”written on your chest and send the photo to the curator (Trainer) then do 5 rounds of rope and 60 push-ups.

2 – Get up at 5.20 in the morning and go for a run with the music compilation that the curator sent you directly, when the music ends you have finished the training.

3 – Get up at the time you prefer and write for 21 days in a row on your hand with a marker, I EAT ONLY CLEAN!!. then send the photo to your coach every morning. (this you need to remind yourself every time you grab something to eat that you have to eat cleanly). You’re resting today.

4 – Get up at 5.20 in the morning draw a kettlebell on a piece of paper and send a photo to the curator after doing 5 rounds of rope and 100 kettlebell swings.

5 – Get up at 5.20 in the morning and if you are ready to “become a whale” write yourself with a “yes” marker on both legs and do 500 squats free-body.

6 – Get up before 9am, mysterious challenge (this workout will be communicated to you before training). (today is Saturday)

7 – Get up at the time you want and walk in a relaxed park an hour and write on your hand with a marker

and send a photo to the curator.

8 – Get up at 5.20 in the morning and go for a run with the music compilation that the curator sent you directly, when the music ends you have finished the training.

9 – You have to overcome your fear, look for a place or someone who teaches you to do somersault without hands forward.

10 – You have to wake up at 5.20 in the morning and do 10 rounds of rope and 100 push-ups.

11 – You have to wake up at 5.20 in the morning and do 3 rounds of rope and 100 tractions at the bar and 100 squats.

12 – Watch videos of boxing matches and combat sports all day (take a day off). Boxing, Muay Thai,MMA, etc.

13 – You have to do 15 rounds of 3-minute packed workouts with a one-minute break.

14 – Weigh in and then go for breakfast in a relaxing place, in the day you do an hour of sack or emptiness.

15 – Get up at 5.20 in the morning and go running with the music compilation that the curator sent you directly, when the music finishes you’ve finished training.

16 – Get up at 5.20am and draw a kettlebell on a piece of paper and send a photo to the curator after doing 3 rounds of rope and 25 minutes of kettlebell swing (count how many you managed to make in 25 minutes).

17 – Get up at 5.20am and make 10 rounds of boxing or Thai vacuum.

18 – Get up at 5.20am and do 600 abs.

19 – Rest is Friday.

20 – Your coach checks if you are reliable in doing a workout together.

21 – A conversation “with a whale” (with another “player” like you or with your coach) with a video call (today is Sunday) and then you do a lot in the day.

22 – Get up, do 100 push-ups and today you have to do at least 50 floors on foot, don’t take the elevator and go up and down the stairs wherever you go, you have to do 50 floors on foot if you don’t have looking stairs.

23 – Another mysterious challenge your coach will tell you.

24 – Secret task that your coach will tell you.

25 – Get up at 5.20am, meet in person with a “whale” like you who is doing this training to do a free workout together.

26 – The coach will tell you about training today and you will have to accept it.

27 – Get up at 5.20am and go to the top of a mountain take a picture and send it to your curator.

28 – Don’t talk to anyone all day take a day just for yourself, do what you like, you can also treat yourself to your favorite meal but no sugars. (today is Sunday).

29 – Make a voice recording where you say that you are ready to get out of the whale, even today you have to rest, from tomorrow the path of liberation from the whale begins.

from 30 to 49 – Every day wake up at 5.20 in the morning, one day 3 rounds of rope then 100 pulls, 100 push-ups, 100 squats the next day instead 3 rounds of rope then 100 Kettlebell Swing, 100 push-ups, 100 alternating lunges. (This will be a tough test.) Ps. for tractions if you need help with rubber bands.

Now the blue whale is a pretext to find 50 days of training, it is a game that aims to make you do extra workouts and make you change some limiting habits and beliefs.

It’s only 50 days of Blue Whale, do you think you can do it?.

The work is essentially about general physical conditioning to take you to a later level of preparation.

As you can see there is no technical work but it is pure athletic training for you who work and to make you take advantage of the early hours of the morning.

The first rule of the game imposed by the “curators” is “shut up”.

No one needs to know that you are doing this extra workout they have to understand it from the physical changes.

I recommend, pay attention to recovery, help yourself with some supplements!

All trials, one a day for 50 days, are pure extra training beyond your martial arts sessions or combat sports.
