Termini del Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do

Quando si studia il Jeet Kune Do  ma vale per qualunque arte marziale è importante associare le tecniche a dei nomi perché è qualcosa di utile anche in fase di memorizzazione per associare le tecniche e serve per capirsi quando si vanno a costruire delle spiegazioni didattiche.

Inoltre diventa fondamentale quando devi costruire degli appunti e non è sempre possibile fare dei disegni schematici delle tecniche.

In tutti i campi vengono fatte le associazioni di nomi ad azioni o tecniche specifiche come nel pugilato che vengono associato i numeri a dei colpi molto usato per il richiamo veloce di combinazioni in fase di allenamento.

Per questo è importante che conosci i termini associati alle tecniche che studi.
